The  Dance Workshop Studios, home of Bodyworks  have been open in Moseley since 1996. We have been teaching Pilates and Yoga since we first opened but have recently made the move to devote a whole new space for wellbeing and bodywork.....  and so BODYWORKS was formed, your local forward thinking, holistic centre for health, fitness and wellbeing.
